This isn't a review of the work itself, but of this particular Kindle edition. TONS of really obvious typos, at least a couple for every entry. It clearly was a quick transcribe job of a public domain work that was rushed out with minimal editing for a quick buck. I recommend looking for another version. Of course the diary itself is well worth reading but this version has an appalling amount of typos that are well beyond distracting and basically annoying. I plan to find a decent print copy. This was free but yet not worth the price.
